Spring Is Hair Giveaway!

***NOW CLOSED!!!***

Since the beginning of Spring, The United KinKdom Blog and the other branches of Crystal Afro have reached a number of mini-milestones including just over 100 subscribers to the blog.
This may seem small to some but I remember how daunting it was when I first set up the blog knowing I'd be exposing myself, my hair and my experiences to the world, so to have support in the way of over 100 subscribers means A LOT to me. So this Giveaway is a Thank You to the #naturalhair community, surfing around and supporting Crystal Afro online.
(Terms & Conditions and the bottom of the page)

Since going natural I've met a lot of entrepreneurial women in the UK who have started businesses making and selling products for natural hair. This is something I want to support as I strongly believe that there's a lot to be said for the "FUBU" (For Us By Us) approach of naturals in the UK.
My passion for supporting homegrown business is something that needs a separate blog post, but in the same way that these ladies have supported me, please enter the Giveaway and support them.
The Sponsors: Mmm Hair, BeUnique, Sheabutter Cottage & Afrocenchix
Major thanks to all the sponsors!!

(plus Shea Butter Cottage Shampoo Bar)
This has recently had a ton of great reviews from UK bloggers.
You can read my review here.

Prize number 1:
The Beginner's Box
This prize comes from remembering what it was like when I was newly natural.
The Beginner's Box is essentially my starter kit for newly naturals. It contains some of the basics that I found were useful in the early days of going natural including:
 Tools/Accessories:                                                                   Products:
     Satin Bonnet
Shampoo: Giovanni
      Plastic caps                                                             Conditioner: Giovanni
Hair pins                                                           Deep Condioner: Mmm Hair
        Bobby pins                                                 Leave-In Conditioner: Giovanni
Crocodile clips                                                          Hair Spritz: Mmm Hair
Ouchless bands

My favourite products in the box have to be the Mmm Hair Spritz, which has recently had a lot of great reviews (read my review here) & Giovanni Shampoo, as I still use both. Im not a big fan of the Giovanni leave-in but some people have rated it as an essential.
Uber Thanks from me to you xx
 Good Luck!
