Parlour Tricks

PARLOUR TRICKS

If you haven't done so before, now would be a good time to check in with Nature's Parlour. They have a lot going on this month in terms of #naturalhair care, knowledge and tips.
Firstly:
Nature's Parlour Skilled Loctician Course
Nature's Parlour are offering you a chance to sign up for their Skilled Loctician Course where you can learn how to start, maintain and style locs.
The course starts on Monday March 26th 2012 and covers:
*How to give a locs consultation
*How to start, maintain & style locs
*The correct tools and products to use
*The difference between “locks” and “locs”
*How to market to people with natural hair
*Where to advertise to gain more locs clients
*How to increase your profits and retain customers by adding value to your services
The course will be taught by Xina Broderick, Founder and Director of Nature's Parlour.
After attending my first Nature's Parlours event last year (click here to read about it) I was especially impressed by Xina's knowledge and advice specific to locs.

    Secondly:
Nature's Parlour GHE Spring Hair Growth Challenge
This month only Nature's Parlour are giving away A FREE bottle of Olive Oil & Castor Oil to those who'd like to take part in their GHE Spring Growth Challenge.
The Challenge has already gained a lot of growth with loads of women sharing their progress on the Growth Challenge Facebook Page.
(Click HERE to get involved in the Growth Challenge on FACEBOOK
    .)

    The GHE Method Explained:
The GHE Method stands for The Green House Effect Method.
In brief it involves putting oil on damp or dry hair, covering it with a shower cap, fixing in place with a do-rag/scarf and then a towel/hat to keep the head warm and thus having a prolonged, deep, hot oil treatment. This should be done every night and, if possible, during the day too. Basically as often as possible whilst growing the hair.

To find out more about The GHE Method and get your free bottles of oil, check out the Nature's Parlour Blog by Clicking Here!
Or for a quick guide to start you off, watch how Xina does it below.

I'm looking forward to joining the challenge next week so I'll be posting my pics up on the Facebook group page soon.
If you haven't already make sure you check out www.naturesparlour.co.uk this weekend!
